Think you can grow the best tomato in town? Join us at the Central Square Farmers Market for our 4th Annual Youth Grown Tomato Contest!
This fun event is open to young growers of all ages and experience levels — whether you're a first-time gardener or a seasoned tomato enthusiast.

How to Participate:
🌱 Purchase a seedling at the Cambridge Markets or any Mass Farmers Markets (MFM) location starting in May or June.
🌿 Or grow from scratch — free tomato seeds are available at all MFM markets!
🍅 Grow your plant throughout the summer and bring your ripest, most beautiful tomato to Central Square on Monday, August 4.
🌟 Drop off your tomato by 3:00 PM for judging, and stick around for a fun tasting session with local guest judges!

No registration is required — just grow, show up, and show off your best tomato!

Prizes, bragging rights, and tomato-themed fun await!
