MFM 2026 Vendor Applications are Now Live
Mass Farmers Markets (MFM) is now accepting vendor applications for the 2026 season at its five managed farmers markets in the Boston area, including Central Square, Copley Square, Davis Square, Fish & Farm, and Kendall Square.
Who Can Apply
Farmers: Individuals or groups who grow or raise agricultural products such as produce, dairy, livestock, fish, honey, flowers, plants, or niche farm products.
Supplemental Vendors: Local producers of packaged or prepared foods, artisan goods, and food-related products — from baked goods to flavored syrups and tea — are eligible to apply as supplemental vendors.
BIPOC Incubator Program: New and emerging BIPOC farmers and food entrepreneurs can apply to this special initiative, which offers support including waived vendor fees, materials, and pop-up opportunities in partnership with the Cambridge Community Foundation and MassPort.
Application Details
Vendor applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and a non-refundable $75 application fee is required. Applicants are encouraged to read the full vendor requirements and FAQs before applying.
What MFM Looks For
MFM prioritizes products that support local agriculture — either grown or produced using locally sourced ingredients. Non-food vendors may be accepted if their products align with the markets’ mission (e.g., locally made soaps, cutting boards, or plant-based goods).
Not Accepted? Consider the Waitlist
Businesses that don’t fit the typical vendor categories or who miss application deadlines are encouraged to join the 2026 Vendor Application Waitlist — MFM may contact waitlist members if space becomes available.
