Registration Open: 2026 Member Market Conference

Registration is now open for the 2026 Conference hosted by Mass Farmers Markets — and we hope you’ll join us on Thursday, February 26, 2026 in Worcester.

This year’s in-person gathering will take place at Clark University, in Tilton Hall at the Higgins University Center. Each winter, this conference brings together farmers market managers, board members, volunteers, farmers, and community partners from across Massachusetts for a full day of learning, connection, and collaboration.

What We’ll Cover

The 2026 Conference will focus on timely, practical topics that support strong and resilient markets, including:

  • Fundraising strategies to diversify revenue and strengthen long-term sustainability

  • Emergency planning and risk management to help markets prepare for weather events and operational disruptions

  • Expanding food access programs, including SNAP and additional nutrition incentives, to ensure markets remain welcoming and accessible to all

Sessions will include panels, presentations, and facilitated discussions designed to offer actionable takeaways you can bring back to your market this season.

Connect with Market Leaders Across the State

Beyond the sessions themselves, the conference offers valuable time to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and build partnerships. Whether you manage a long-running market or are preparing for your first season, this gathering is an opportunity to step back, reflect, and plan ahead with others who understand the work.
